There is a 'bit' that Louis CK does about smoking weed with a group of teenagers after one of his shows and how it fucks him up but he doesn't want to show it..I found that hilarious as that's me. Weed makes me severely paranoid. Did it most nights for about 4 years in my later teens but stopped as towards the end I just couldn't handle even looking at someone when I was stoned..

Hadn't bunned zoot for over a decade. Was a massive pothead throughout my university days really.
Year before last went to the US on holiday and went on a guided tour of Compton and South Central.
The OG doing the tour rolled a massive fucking blunt and passed it round. Me being a fucking dickhead took three hits of it and 20 mins later the missus is clearing out her handbag ready for me to vom into. Just about pulled myself back from the brink of pulling a huge whitey in a van full of people.
Probably swerve it now.

Although my flirtation with it was short-lived, I could grow it for England.
My conservatory was rammed to the gills with plants.
Along with knocking our pretty decent home brew (beer & wine), Early Oxsaw Towers was quite a popular post-pub destination.

35 years ago I last dabled, Moroccan, Lebanese, Sensi, Thai weed.
Found Moroccan and Lebanese similar and most common back then, just used to send me to sleep, Sensi didn't think much of, Thai weed was the best my miles, wasn't readily available, but when I managed to get my hands on some I've never laughed so much and for no reason.

I’ve been getting through 1.5g a day since lockdown, am currently vaping some ecsd on my minivap, which is the dogs bollocks.
The majority of weed I try doesn’t agree with me but particular strains really help. I have a diagnosis of adhd and find that the ecsd is almost as effective as Ritalin for keeping me on focus.
I’ve always had insomnia as a kid and was called panda when I was a kid. When I discovered ganja I started sleeping well and was no longer called panda.
If I quit I would be so BORED

Of course! It's fucking great. Everything from music to sex to films to food to running through fields of wheat is improved tenfold.
I usually stick to the Haze strains and always have some quality Ketama Gold hash for a more chilled high.
But like everything, you do it in moderation or it'll turn into a negative.

Never really smoked it as it disagreed with me, also get drug and alcohol tested at work.
A mate of mine summed it up in the 80s, one of our mates was a total puff head, we would be in the pub ant he would sit using on syllable answers, where as the another said, have a few beers you get chatty and have a laugh.

From my teens to my early twenties I’d smoke it most nights as did all my mates, some still do occasionally, but one of my closest mates used to literally buy kilos of the stuff as personal and smoke morning noon and night, it was frightening. He’s nearly 50 and thankfully after counselling gave up a year ago, but it wiped out 25 years of his life, no girlfriend, social life or kids, just the same boring routine. Thankfully he stopped just before first lock down and got a bird for the first time since 1998. It definitely drains you of any motivation and brings out the mental imbalance most of us have lurking beneath the surface

Before I got married, had never toughed the stuff until I took a band's road manager in as a lodger.
Tried it a few times but woke up one morning to prepare for work and the very first and only thought in my head was "I need a joint".
Talked about it later and everyone was adamant that what I was experience was a nicotine craving from the tobacco used to pad the joints out and that they would "sort me out" tobacco-free.
Decided that wasn't the path for me and stopped it that same day; in any case, it was fucking up my ability to think straight at work, and that bit I definitely didn't like.
